You’re a great host ensuring your guests enjoy a safe and memorable stay
You prepare simple cold/warm dishes (such as cheese/meat platters, salads, already-made warm dishes, pizzas, and more), and ensure an adequate mise en place
You’re responsible for setting up and removing the breakfast/lunch/dinner buffet, making sure that all products are correctly labeled according to HACCP guidelines
You ensure the constant availability of a sufficient quantity and varied selection of appealingly presented food and beverages to the guests
You prepare lunch bags by the number of orders
You prepare hot and cold drinks according to the recipes
You calculate the right amount of (pre-prepared) food for group lunches/dinners
You serve guests at the bar for their desired food and drinks, per serving guidelines.
