JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. Would prefer someone with experience. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to take orders, doing the orders and that all customers feel welcome and valued. A passion for working hard and being part of a team and a commitment to delivering outstanding service are essential for success in this role.

SKILLS

  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is an advantage (Bilingual/Multilingual).
  • Strong phone etiquette for handling reservations and inquiries.
  • Ability to analyse customer needs and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Experience with data entry for order processing is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items effectively.
  • A friendly demeanour with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
