We keep our members on the go by providing a high-quality ride including free check-ups and repairs. How you pedal us forward! * Work in the store and deliver outstanding Swapfiets service to members; * You’re the first point of contact for (potential) members, helping them set up a new subscription or providing support with any issues they might have; * Providing sales through service and identifying what product(s) would best fit the member, to contribute to our commercial targets; * You keep the shop clean, tidy and organized; * You will drive around the city by car to help our members; * Perform small bike repairs and preventive maintenance on our Swapfiets bikes on site and in the store, so our members can happily keep biking; * Swap out bikes, if they can’t be repaired on the spot, and drive them to our Store/Warehouse; The gear you need! * In possession of a driver's license (for a minimum period of 6 months); * Available to work a minimum of 9 hours per week on weekdays, with occasional availability on Saturdays; * Understand and speak English and Dutch; * Affinity with bikes and service; * Whether working independently or as part of a team, you always work successfully!; Benefits for a smooth ride! * Your own Swapfiets 🚲 (lease); * A set salary of 13.09 gross per hour; * Flexible working hours/days; * Work fuelled by purpose! Responsibilities

You will provide outstanding service to members by managing subscriptions, performing bike repairs, and conducting preventive maintenance. Additionally, you will maintain the store's cleanliness and travel throughout the city to assist members with their bikes.
