Our Australasian Port Services (APS) business is booming and now has a pivotal opening for an experienced leader to ensure the ongoing success of our team of Service Technicians. This is a lynchpin role supported by strong leaders who are dedicated to ensuring you have the right information, tools, resources and training to succeed.

HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Reporting to the National Operations Manager for Heavy Equipment; an individual held in high professional esteem at Adaptalift.
  • Leading our team of 7 qualified Field Service Technicians dedicated to our APS business to ensure the seamless execution and quality assurance of scheduled and reactive maintenance plans across the customer base.
  • Achieving productivity and profitability standards through effective scheduling and workflow management.
  • Championing customer service by managing customer relationships to ensure a proactive and exemplary level of service delivery.
  • Reporting on a range of service metrics and standards.
  • Proactively monitoring and maintaining a safe workplace.
