Join Levitt-Safety as a Supervisor – Special Hazards and lead the way on installations, inspections, maintenance, and repairs across Northern Ontario. You’ll combine hands-on technical work with field supervision, guiding our service teams to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality work. What You’ll Do Supervise and support field technicians on special hazards system projects and service work. Install, inspect, test, troubleshoot, and maintain systems including clean agent, foam, vehicle suppression, and other engineered solutions. Serve as the on-site technical expert, handling complex troubleshooting and customer interactions. Promote a safety-first culture, completing FLRAs, following procedures, and mentoring your team in safe work practices. Help plan jobs, ensure materials and resources are ready, and coordinate day-to-day field operations. Maintain accurate service documentation and report progress, technical challenges, and customer needs to management. Represent Levitt-Safety with professionalism and a high standard of workmanship. What We’re Looking For Experience with fire protection systems, especially special hazards systems. Ability to supervise field work and support technicians (formal supervisory experience is a bonus, not required). Strong technical troubleshooting skills and a safety-first mindset. Comfortable working independently in remote or industrial environments across Northern Ontario. Relevant certifications are an asset (CFAA, electrical, sprinkler, or manufacturer training).
