SERVICE DESK ADMINISTRATOR

An exciting and varied role where you will support and contribute in the day to day activities within a busy Service Department. You will be responsible for completing admin duties in an efficient and timely manner.

The Role:

  • Handling incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Logging maintenance & reactive calls with the helpdesk system.
  • Maintaining high levels of customer service.
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, project engineers and service engineers on a daily basis.
  • Processing service & maintenance quotations accurately and timely.
  • Processing sales orders and raising purchase orders.
  • Scheduling planned, reactive service & maintenance works.
  • Stock ordering.
  • Invoicing.

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

Excellent customer service skills

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong Administration experience
  • Ability to organise workload.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Experience with planning and scheduling.
  • Experience with the use of Microsoft Word, Excel.

Salary: Meets Living/Minimum Wage
Hours: (Mon to Fri) to be worked between 08:00 - 17:00
This position is subject to references and security vetting.
