JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Service Support professional (male candidate preferred) with experience in inventory and stock management. The role involves supporting the service team, managing spare parts and stock, handling customer/service requests, and ensuring smooth operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

Male candidate, with experience in inventory, stock, or warehouse handling.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in service support or related field.
Good knowledge of stock management systems (ERP/Excel).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Assist service team with day-to-day operations and support requirements.
Manage spare parts inventory, stock entry, and issuance for service jobs.

Handle service requests, log complaints, and coordinate with technicians/engineers.
Support preventive maintenance scheduling and service activities.
Ensure proper documentation, filing, and reporting of service-related tasks.
Follow up with customers and internal teams to ensure timely job completion.
