ABOUT THE ROLE
The Service Support Coordinator (SSC) plays a key role in supporting the delivery of both our Family Preservation and Rural Youth Mental Health programs. This role provides high-level administrative, stakeholder engagement, and operational support to ensure services run smoothly, are well-documented, and meet compliance, invoicing, and reporting requirements.
A key focus of this role is supporting data collection, analysis, and remediation efforts to ensure accuracy, consistency, and meaningful insights that drive service improvement. The SSC will play an active role in identifying gaps, streamlining data processes, and enhancing data proficiency across the team.
As an SSC, you will coordinate scheduling, logistics, and reporting for meetings, training, and program activities. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records and databases to support data-driven decision-making. Assisting in the onboarding and training of new staff and volunteers is also part of your responsibilities. Acting as a key liaison between internal teams, funding bodies, and partner organisations, you will ensure all activities align with organisational policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
