You’ll work side-by-side with experienced technicians, learn the business from the ground up, and build a path toward becoming a Harley-Davidson Technician. What You’ll Do Move motorcycles safely throughout the service department and lot Assist technicians with basic support tasks Wash, detail, and prep bikes for delivery Keep the shop and lot clean, organized, and customer-ready Help with unit check-in and staging Support the team wherever needed to keep operations running fast and smooth What You’ll Get Hands-on experience working with motorcycles every day Direct exposure to professional technicians and service operations Clear path to grow into a Service Technician role Fast-paced, team-driven environment Consistent hours with opportunity for advancement What We’re Looking For Strong work ethic and positive attitude Reliable and on time—no exceptions Comfortable working around motorcycles (riding experience is a plus, not required) Ability to lift and maneuver motorcycles (with proper training) Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Willingness to learn and grow in the industry Compensation $18–$22/hour (based on attitude and reliability) Performance-based raises and growth opportunities

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for moving and detailing motorcycles while assisting technicians with service department operations. You will also maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop and lot to ensure a customer-ready environment.
