The Service Support Specialist is responsible for proactively interacting with customers over the phone or via email to identify needs and determine appropriate action or escalate for further review and will be based in the new Office in Helsingborg, Sweden, with opportunity to work occasionally from home as per company policy.

In this role, a typical day will look like this:

• Create work orders for repairs and maintenance
• Create offers for repairs and maintenance in our system (ServiceMax)
• Upload contracts for bench service and licenses
• Create credit notes and re-invoicing
• Collaborate with other Service Sales Representatives and Sales teams to improve processes and engage in department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through visual management and countermeasures where appropriate
• Coordinate tasks on daily basis to balance the workload within the Admin team
• Safeguard that we have internal SOP’s for common tasks and that they are followed

The essential requirements of the position include:

• Fluent or native level in Swedish
• Advanced level in English and Danish
• Prior 3 years progressive administrative experience in a business-to-business environment, including experience working with various administrative systems and confident use of PC and software (Office package)

Servicesupportspecialisten ansvarar för att proaktivt interagera med kunder via telefon eller via e-post för att identifiera behov och bestämma lämpliga åtgärder eller eskalera för ytterligare granskning och kommer att vara placerad på vårt nya kontor i Helsingborg, Sverige, med möjlighet att ibland arbeta hemifrån enligt företagets policy.

I den här rollen kommer en vanlig dag att se ut så här:

• Skapa arbetsorder för reparationer och underhåll
• Skapa erbjudanden för reparationer och underhåll i vårt system (ServiceMax)
• Ladda upp kontrakt för bänkservice och licenser
• Skapa kreditnotor och vidarefakturering
• Samarbeta med andra servicesäljare och säljteam för att förbättra processer; engagera sig i avdelningens Key Performance Indicators (KPI:er) genom visuell hantering och motåtgärder där så är lämpligt
• Koordinera uppgifter dagligen för att balansera arbetsbelastningen inom det admin-teamet
• Säkerställa att vi har interna instruktioner (SOP) för vanliga uppgifter och att de följs

De väsentliga kraven för tjänsten inkluderar:

• Flytande eller modersmål i Svenska
• Avancerad nivå på Engelska och Danska
• Tidigare 3 års progressiv administrativ erfarenhet i en business-to-business-miljö, inklusive erfarenhet av att arbeta med olika administrativa system och säker användning av PC och mjukvara (Office-paketet)
