This is a full-time on-site position located in Woodland, WA. Requirements Job duties included, but not limited to: Enters data into the computer system and maintains database of inventories on an as needed basis Tracks, maintains, and records customer inventory as necessary Verifies and corrects customers' information as needed Support the Account Manager team with day-to-day operational tasks and project coordination. Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, routing questions and information efficiently. Prepare reports, updates, and documentation related to account activity Track project timelines, deliverables, and follow-up items to ensure deadlines are met Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment and timely execution of tasks Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Account Manager department Other duties as assigned Experience required High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in an environment of time constraints and deadlines Ability to exercise good judgment and make accurate and timely decisions Excellent communication skills – written and verbal Strong multitasking and organization skills High level of attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft office (Word, excel) and general technical skills/ability to learn various software systems Experience in sales and/or administrative office roles is preferred Are you ready to THRIVE?
