As Service Team Leader, you will lead the Victorian Service team, ensuring Henry Schein continues to be the number one service provider to our customers. Some of your Key Responsibilities: Provide guidance, define team goals and tasks, mentor, and coach your team of Service Technicians Drive cross functional collaboration to achieve the national service strategy, implementing locally Whilst leading your team, you will also provide field service duties to our customers to ensure their business needs are met Manage customer issues in relation to escalation and resolution Manage spare parts inventory Your Skills, Experience and Attributes: Electrical/electronic qualifications (mandatory) and restricted electrical license (desirable) Experience leading and managing field service technicians in the dental/healthcare/medical/printing or hospitality industries where you have successfully trained and mentored teams You lead by example, are approachable and enjoy sharing your knowledge You are a confident and effective communicator and politely assertive when required Possess a high degree of emotional intelligence and enjoy building relationships Valid/Current Driver’s License What's on offer?
