The Service Team Leader Role As a Service Team Leader, you will support the branches' operations and organise the Service Driving team. Key responsibilities include: Planning and organising routes for our drivers Organising the fleet of vehicles we have Managing a certain number of drivers within the branch Dealing with customer complaints and queries Identifying ways to improve the quality and efficiency of customer service Providing support and development for colleagues in the branch Keeping relevant documentation up to date including vehicle information On occasions, you may need to cover driving routes Service Team Leader Requirements: Full UK manual driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points. Have demonstrated leadership skills in a working environment Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt quickly to changes in the work environment Experience in managing within a service delivery environment would be advantageous but this is something we can offer training on Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills. Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
