ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Service Team Leader will be a highly driven, creative leader who can achieve and maintain team synergy through engaging and motivating teams, while exceeding targets. This individual will have a thorough understanding of the Service department and knowledge of the customer survey process with the ability to multiple task and train.
