Requirements WHAT IT TAKES TO BE A TOP TECH HERE We’re looking for techs who can produce, solve problems, and work independently — not just show up. Ability to install, repair, service, test, and troubleshoot equipment with confidence Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams Solid diagnostic mindset — you don’t guess, you figure it out Excellent communication and customer interaction skills Working knowledge of tools and equipment required for the job Ability to manage your own time and workload in the field Comfortable working independently with little to no supervision PHYSICAL & WORK ENVIRONMENT Ability to lift, bend, and work in confined spaces Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions Flexibility to work Monday–Friday (7:30 AM – 5:00 PM) with occasional extended hours MUST HAVE Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record GROWTH NOTE Some requirements can be sharpened through on-the-job training — but you must bring the work ethic, attitude, and mechanical aptitude from day one.
