The ideal candidate will have experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Hyundai vehicles, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Hyundai vehicles, including oil changes, brake repairs, engine diagnostics, and electrical system troubleshooting. * Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify vehicle issues accurately and efficiently. * Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle problems and repair options. * Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards and dealership policies. * Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques specific to Hyundai vehicles. * Complete all required documentation and service reports accurately and timely. QUALIFICATIONS * High school diploma or equivalent. * Previous experience as an automotive service technician, preferably with Hyundai or other automotive brands. * ASE certification or equivalent automotive technician certification is preferred. * Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
