JOB DESCRIPTION

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing – Air Compressor
• Position Title: Service Technician/ Field Service Engineer
• Working Location: Islandwide (Office at Tuas)
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri: 9.00am – 6.00pm, Sat 9.00am – 1.00pm)
• Salary Package: Up to $4000 + OT + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

• Provide on-site support including the installation, start-up, testing, and commissioning of compressor and dryer units.
• Conduct troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair of air compressors and refrigeration dryers, focusing on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Respond to service calls and perform routine servicing at customer sites.
• Assist in overseeing the production process to ensure minimal breakdowns.
• Prepare and submit detailed repair and maintenance quotations for service and spare parts sales.
• Efficiently plan and coordinate individual service jobs on a weekly and daily basis.
• Conduct technical training to customers as necessary.
• Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.
