We’re looking for a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll be on the front line—diagnosing, repairing, and installing fitness equipment for residential and commercial clients. If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and building strong client relationships, this position is for you.

Responsibilities
  • Travel to client sites to complete diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and warranty work.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues quickly and accurately to get machines back up and running.
  • Perform professional installations of fitness equipment with retail and distribution teams.
  • Educate clients on proper use and maintenance to extend equipment life.
  • Provide clear service reports, updates, and recommendations to clients.
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay current with manufacturer training and product updates.
  • Assist with inventory checks and ensure parts/tools are ready for service calls.
