Key Responsibilities * Carry out minor periodic maintenance in line with MG guidelines and IEM SOP * Diagnose, repair, or replace faulty and worn components as per job orders * Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) on vehicles * Utilize VDS diagnostic tools to identify and clear faults * Support diagnostic and repair technicians as required * Prepare clear and concise job reports, highlighting any safety concerns * Follow proper job clock-in/out procedures as per company standards * Coordinate with Workshop Controller and Parts Advisor to ensure workflow efficiency * Maintain personal tools and ensure a clean, organized workspace * Adhere strictly to health & safety regulations and company SOPs * Continuously enhance technical skills through training and development * Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times Qualifications & Experience * Education: High Diploma in Mechanics or related field * Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar automotive service role * Certification: Brand Advanced Technician Qualification Certification (required) * Technical Skills: Experience using diagnostic tools (e.g., VDS) * Language: Good command of English preferred * Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy required * Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to quality Why Join Ali & Sons? * Join a well-established and reputable automotive group * Work with cutting-edge automotive technologies and global brands * Access ongoing training and career growth opportunities * Be part of a collaborative and professional work environment * Competitive salary and long-term career development MG British motor brand MG has been around since the 1920s, representing a long and prestigious pedigree in the world of cars.
