Description

Key Responsibilities * Perform minor periodic maintenance in line with MG guidelines and IEM SOP * Repair or replace worn or faulty parts based on job orders * Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) for vehicles * Use VDS diagnostic tools to read and clear faults * Support diagnostic technicians with repair activities when required * Maintain accurate and clear job write-ups and reports, highlighting safety concerns * Ensure proper clock-in/out procedures for assigned job orders * Coordinate with Workshop Controller and Parts Advisor for smooth workflow * Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work area * Follow all health & safety regulations and company SOPs * Continuously upgrade technical skills through training and development programs * Uphold a professional attitude and appearance at all times Qualifications & Experience * Education: High Diploma in Mechanics or related field * Experience: Minimum 2 year in a similar role within automotive service * Certification: Brand Advanced Technician Qualification Certification preferred * Technical Skills: Familiarity with diagnostic tools (e.g., VDS) * Language: Good command of English * Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy required * Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and willingness to learn Why Join Ali & Sons? * Work with a reputable automotive group representing global brands like MG * Access to continuous training and career development opportunities * Be part of a professional and supportive team environment * Competitive compensation and growth potential * Exposure to latest automotive technologies and tools MG British motor brand MG has been around since the 1920s, representing a long and prestigious pedigree in the world of cars.
