Description Join Our Team as a Service Technician! We’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Service Technician to join our Service Department. If you enjoy diagnosing equipment issues, working hands-on, and delivering an exceptional customer experience, this role offers a great opportunity to shine. What You’ll Do Prioritize and process incoming repair work on a first-come, first-served basis Log equipment and accessories into the Service Log Communicate repair details, timelines, and cost estimates directly with customers Diagnose equipment failures using technical manuals and generate repair estimates Create and complete Service Orders, including shipping repaired items Process warranty claims and coordinate third-party repair shipments Maintain strong working relationships with Trimble Service Center and external vendors Support internal staff with technical assistance and equipment inspections Perform monthly inventory reconciliation Stay current with required training and certifications Assist with answering incoming office calls as needed Requirements What You Bring Preferred Qualifications Electronics training or related industry experience 2 years of vocational school Soldering skills (a plus) Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer literacy Skills & Abilities Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment If you’re ready to bring your technical expertise and customer-first mindset to a team that values quality and service, we’d love to hear from you.
