Compensation: $22.00 to $26.00 Per Flat Rate Hour (experience-based) PotentialQuarterly Cash Bonus Earnings! Work Schedule: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday - Friday 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM Saturdays (Revolving) What We Offer: Paid PTO time off 401k retirement plans with generous company match Medical insurance HSA and FSA plans Dental care Vision coverage Short- and long-term disability Life insurance Critical illness insurance Hospital indemnity insurance Accident insurance Grief counseling Living will preparation Generous employee discounts on vehicles, parts, and services Requirements Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks Conduct basic inspections and identify vehicle service needs Replace worn or defective parts such as brake pads, filters, and belts Assist senior technicians with more complex repairs and diagnostics Maintain accurate service records and documentation Follow all safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines Ensure work area is clean and organized Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding vehicle status Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of automotive repair experience preferred Basic knowledge of automotive systems and components Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and take direction from senior technicians ASE certification is a plus, but not required Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods South Dayton Toyota is a drug-free workplace Thank you for your interest in South Dayton Toyota.
