Service Technician (B Level) - Central Texas Harley-Davidson RideNow Powersports is looking for driven and detail-oriented B-Level Service Technicians at all experience levels to join our growing team. WHY JOIN RIDENOW/RUMBLEON? * Flexible pay structure: $20-$30 per flag hour or hourly based on experience & certifications * Relocation assistance for qualified applicants * Paid factory training, mentorship from master techs, and clear paths to level up * Facilities equipped with OEM-required specialty tools WHAT YOU’LL DO: * Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft depending on skill level * Work with our experienced team to stay efficient, accurate, and safe * Follow all OEM procedures using specialized tools and resources (provided by the facility) * Keep customers riding safely and confidently by delivering quality work * Stay current with training and certifications (paid for by us) Qualifications Who We're Looking For: We’re hiring B Level Techs—if you meet one or more of the criteria below, you could be a great fit: * Graduated from MMI or similar program, or have real-world mechanical experience * 1+ years working as a technician or strong mechanical aptitude and ready to learn * OEM certifications and master tech experience (preferred but not required) * Must own a basic set of mechanics tools (comprehensive set of tools preferred) * Motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record (required for test rides) * Must be able to stand for extended periods of time * Must be able to safely push motorcycles weighing up to 850lbs * Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays. * Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
