We are looking for an Experienced Onsite Service Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have service experience in Cabinetry or Furniture or custom Millwork industries.
REQUIREMENTS
· Prior field service experience
· Ability to adapt to changes
· Familiarity with hand tools and applications
· High School Diploma with relevant experience
· Strong attention to detail and quality
· Work professionally with customers in sometimes adversarial circumstances
· Work well independently or in a team.
· Good English oral and written communication skills; ability to read and prepare documents
· Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
· Able to successfully meet the physical demands including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
· Relevant cabinetry experience of 1 – 2 years required
· Candidate must have own tools, necessary safety equipment (Hard Hat & Safety Shoes).

Pay: $18.60-$37.72 per hour

· Perform service and warranty work for Kitchen Cabinets as needed
· Punch work and repair work as deemed necessary
· Perform service warranty repairs, adjustments, or replacements
· Perform installation’s if necessary
· Use and transport of ladders and specialized tools
· Follow all company procedures and protocols and complete and submit required paperwork to the office
· Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
· Must be able to communicate with internal staff/customers (Sales Team Members, Installers, Schedulers) as well as external staff/customers (job foreman, vendors, etc.) to work through any issues that may arise concerning cabinet installation, quality and the completion of projects
· Accountability to job completion and job performance reports
