Salary- $58000-$66000

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of experience in a field service or industrial equipment technician role
• Strong understanding of pumps, hydraulics and pneumatics required
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma preferred

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring a skilled Field Service Technician to install, service, and maintain chemical dispensing systems used for industrial sanitation and cleaning solutions. Working primarily in food processing and industrial facilities across the GTA and surrounding areas, this role requires mechanical troubleshooting, knowledge of pumps, hydraulics, and pneumatics, and customer support skills. You’ll be the field expert ensuring chemical systems run safely and effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Install and service chemical dispensing and sanitation equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems
• Perform preventative maintenance (PM) on pumps and systems
• Calibrate systems to ensure proper chemical concentrations
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and tech schematics
• Provide on-site customer support and basic operational training
• Complete service documentation and reports accurately
• Collaborate with sales teams as needed
