OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks on various pressure washer systems and components. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, the ability to read schematics, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Mechanically inclined
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical manuals and schematics.
  • Experience with welding is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Physical capability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
  • A valid driver’s license is required; additional certifications may be beneficial.
  • Forklift Experience
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
