Possess valid Class 3 Driving License (mandatory).
NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or related fields.1–2 years of relevant experience preferred; entry-level candidates are welcome (training provided).

Responsibilities
Perform installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of kitchen appliances at customer premises.
Conduct basic product usage training for customers.
Maintain proper service records and explain after-service reports.
Manage spare parts inventory in company vehicle.
Represent the company professionally as frontline service staff.
