OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a detail-oriented service technician coordinator to support our service department and handle customer service interactions, reports and repair schedules. Specialising in cabinetry and interior trim, the service technician coordinator’s responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining the service technicians work schedules, data entry, responding to request via telephone and email.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· College or University diploma in business, administration, or related field
· Bilingual - able to communicate both orally and written in both French and English
· Strong industry knowledge (cabinets and interior trim)
· Computer literacy and good organizational skills
· Problem-solving skills
· Ability to work under pressure and handle stress
· Excellent time management skills
· Attention to detail.
· Support and assist with scheduling the activities of the Service team
· Coordinate and monitor the progress of current projects
· Respond and escalate department issues and client complaints
