JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a Copier/Printer Technician to install, maintain, and repair copiers, printers, and multifunction devices (MFDs) for our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service abilities to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance of office equipment.
REQUIREMENTS:
Ø Proven experience as a Repair Technician, or similar role.
Ø Strong knowledge of electro-mechanical systems, digital printing technology, and network connectivity.
Ø Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
Ø Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ø Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ø Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for field service roles).
Ø Certification in printer/copier repair or relevant technical training is a plus.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Ø Experience with printers or production printers.
Ø Knowledge of IT networking (TCP/IP, print servers, cloud printing).
Ø Ability to lift heavy equipment (50+ lbs).
