We are seeking a motivated individual to join this group, who has an appetite to excel, to build strong relationships with our customers and to grow revenue. In this role you will drive successful servicing of the systems that are in Cryomed Portfolio. This is an opportunity to be part of something truly exciting, bringing an innovative product to our customers.

• Establishing and maintain strong relationships with external and internal customers
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support
• Manage customer expectations and follow up strategies to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ability to troubleshoot, identify root cause issues, evaluate optimal solutions and recommend upgrades to prevent future issues
• Manage service inventory
• Maintain complete and accurate daily field service reports
• Drive the sale of service contracts to external customers to promote the benefits
• Work autonomously in field
