Our Water Cooler Service Technicians play a key role in ensuring customers receive exceptional service through the delivery, installation, servicing, and maintenance of our water coolers and filtration systems.
This is a field-based role supporting Culligan Ireland’s service activities, including site surveys, installations, exchanges, collections, and routine or reactive maintenance. Technicians are vital to maintaining high customer satisfaction and representing the Culligan brand in the field.
Culligan are seeking a Water Cooler Service Technician to support our local business. Based in Dublin this role will support the delivery of Culligan Ireland’s Field Service activities, including site surveys, installations, repairs, services, exchanges and collections.

Core Role and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all equipment is functioning optimally and meeting customer needs.
  • Carry out on-site site surveys, installations, repairs, services, exchanges, and collections.
  • Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions.
  • Adhere to a structured, efficient daily schedule while maintaining flexibility for reactive work.
  • Manage van stock, tools, and inventory levels to complete daily tasks.
  • Record service visits accurately using digital tools (tablet provided).
  • Provide a professional and courteous service experience for every customer.

REQUIREMENTS



    • Full and valid driving license with a maximum of 6 points (no disqualifying offences).

    • Minimum of 3 years’ driving experience
    • Proven experience in diagnosing and resolving technical or mechanical issues.
    • Sound geographical knowledge of the Leinster area and surrounding regions.
    • Ability to work independently and follow schedules.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
