Responsibilities
  • Service: Accurately service various forms of equipment in client branches, identifying and communicating any issues to maintain a high level of functionality.
  • Schedule and Inventory Management: Manage workload to complete daily scheduled service requirements and maintain inventory control of parts and equipment on the company vehicle.
  • Customer Service: Deliver a high level of customer support, confidently communicating with clients, maintaining professionalism on job sites, and communicating any unresolved issues with the team and upper management.
