About the role:

The opportunity now exists for a professional and driven Service Technician to join our Wetherill Park team. The right candidate will be a mechanically minded person who has the ability to assemble and disassemble a wide range of Digga/Kanga products and is not afraid to get their hands dirty.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out service and repairs
• Diagnosing and fault finding
• Devising test procedures and supervising test activities
• Completion of all paperwork relating to the completion of jobs, including timesheets, service reports and other required information.
• Providing exceptional customer service at all times

Essential Requirements:

• Relevant Australian trade qualification or equivalent experience
• Possession of a current forklift ticket and a manual driver licence
• Presentable and professional appearance
• Excellent time management skills
• You must be adaptable and display a high level of integrity, honesty, reliability and confidentiality at all times
• Basic computer skills

Product knowledge in earthmoving attachments will be an advantage, as is an understanding of hydraulics, motors and electrical circuits.
