JOB SUMMARY: HOT CHECKS AND SERVICE CALLS. MUST BE ABLE TO TROUBLESHOOT ACCURATELY AND EFFICIENTLY. Supervisory Responsibilities: * Ensuring homeowner calls are met in a timely manner * Complete all work at homeowners’ home in a neat and workmanlike manner. * Responsible for correcting any issues for homeowners that are listed on their work ticket. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensuring timeliness of calls in regard to homeowner’s schedule. * Ensuring all homes, we enter are left clean of all debris, material etc. * Ability to navigate situations with homeowners and deescalate situations with regard to frustration of call etc. * Service Technicians will be required to be on-call for after hour emergency service on a rotating schedule with the other service techs. REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES: * Electrical trade knowledge for all aspects of residential electric. * Ability to read prints and scale to ensure placement of fixtures, receptacles, switches, etc. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: * Previous experience in all phases of residential electricity. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds at times. * Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders. * Must be physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits. * Must be able to work in confined spaces * Must be able to use hand and power tools for extended periods of time. * Must have clean driving record.

Responsibilities

The Service Technician is responsible for performing residential electrical troubleshooting and repairs while ensuring high-quality workmanship. They must manage homeowner service calls efficiently, maintain a clean work environment, and participate in an after-hours emergency on-call rotation.
