Responsibilities

Reporting to the Electrical Service Manager, the Service Technician, Electrical is responsible for executing personal work at a high level of quality and managing customer communication, personal and site safety, customer experience, and vendor relationships to ensure a high level of performance. Duties will range from planned work order execution to troubleshooting and repairs. You will be responsible for diagnosing and ensuring client concerns are resolved in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Travel to various customer sites to perform scheduled maintenance, respond to emergency calls, and troubleshoot equipment;
  • Participate in the on-call rotation;
  • Identify and recommend upgrades and services based on customer needs;
  • Provide exceptional customer service skills, ensuring quality and expectations are met;
  • Generate quotes for small repairs, services and minor projects;
  • Complete daily equipment inspections, safety reports, timesheets, and Field Level Risk Assessments.
