We are looking for a Professional Service Technician who enjoys providing exceptional customer service to clients. After sufficient training, the ideal candidate will be able to formulate creative solutions to mechanical problems.
The Service Tech must have excellent customer service skills, as well as an eye for detail.
Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
Responsibilities include:
Service Techs are self-starters who are dependable, honest, and work hard with minimum supervision. Our techs must have computer experience and the ability to send and receive emails, enter information into an Excel Worksheet, track and send data as needed. You must be familiar with and have the ability to find information, such as service manuals on the internet, and do basic tasks on Microsoft Outlook.
