What You’ll Do · Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and start up commercial and industrial HVAC systems. · Work on a wide range of equipment including RTUs, split systems, VRF, chillers, cooling towers, boilers, and refrigeration systems. · Perform advanced electrical and mechanical diagnostics. · Install and commission new HVAC systems. · Design and calculate duct systems, airflow, and heat gain/loss. · Inspect systems for safety, performance, and code compliance. · Provide technical leadership and support to junior technicians. · Document service work and maintain accurate service records. · Participate in emergency on-call rotation Requirements What We’re Looking For · Commercial or industrial HVAC experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. · Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting expertise. · Valid driver’s license with clean driving record. · Universal EPA Certification. · Strong leadership mindset and professionalism. · Excellent communication and customer service skills. · Comfortable using tablets, apps, and service software.
