As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining propane equipment for our customers. Exceptional customer service is essential. Service Technicians can expect to work local routes and be home every night; however, on-call rotations for after hours and weekend emergency deliveries may be needed. Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Company provided STD, LTD, Life, & AD&D Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Health Savings Account (HSA) 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off (PTO) Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Wellness Program Parental Leave Benefit Tuition Reimbursement Employee Referral Program Propane Discounts Responsibilities Install, pipe, and run gas lines for new construction projects and existing home remodels Excavate and install underground gas lines in compliance with safety and code requirements Install, repair, and maintain propane systems and equipment for residential and retail customers Respond to emergency service calls and perform system installations, inspections, and testing Load, secure, transport, deliver, and unload propane to and from designated locations Provide exceptional customer service by offering safety guidance, service information, and answering customer inquiries Service propane appliances as needed and assist with propane deliveries based on customer demand Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 3 or more years related experience. Good driving record Commercial driver’s license Class B CDL license with hazmat and tanker endorsement preferred. Previous propane experience is preferred, or willingness to learn. Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States Applicants must not now, or any time in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa
