Diesel Technician / Mechanic       Compensation: DOE Employment type: Full-time  Fitzgerald Peterbilt currently employs over 150 employees. If you are a team player and have a professional, positive, upbeat attitude we would love for you to join our growing team of professionals!   Job Responsibilities:  · Diagnose and repair on heavy duty trucks, heavy haul trucks, car carriers, fire engines, and roll off trucks.  · Adequately explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers on an as-required basis.  · Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in training   · Assist fellow technicians/mechanics in performing technical activities.   · Maintain an organized and neat bay.   · Adhere to all company policy, procedure, safety and environmental rules.  Qualifications:  · A High School Diploma or GED  · Diesel Certification  · Engine building experience  · Must have own tools  · Must have a valid driver's license  · Pre-employment drug test/physical/ background check   · CDL preferred    Previous experience is a requirement
Responsibilities
