We are seeking to hire a Service Technician for Manufactured Homes to join our Strattanville, PA team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to troubleshoot, reason, and solve problems
• Ability to diagnose and repair common home problems such as:
• plumbing
• molding
• drywall
• door adjustments
• electrical
• roofing
• siding
• Ability to work with tools, interpret instructions
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal
• Understand and comply with work safety and policies, and procedures
• Must provide a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Some out-of-state travel required
• Some overnight stays out of town are required
• Ability to climb ladders safely
• Strong customer relations
• Ability to move furniture, wallboard, doors, etc.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months to one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Periodic overnight travel required.
• Installs new parts or repairs problems as per work order.
• Maintains logbook as per Department of Transportation.
• Maintain company vehicle, which includes keeping vehicle clean, stocked, and serviced
• Pick up parts from the factory as needed.
• Verify parts with orders.
• Maintain own work schedule by making appointments with customers.
• Complete work orders, along with being responsible for returning the work orders to the factory by mail or personal delivery
