Our Service Technicians install, maintain and repair Raymond battery-powered lift trucks, warehouse storage systems, conveyors, carousels, and other automated material handling equipment. You’ll plenty of training, and since we’re a well-established industry leader, an opportunity to build a great career!

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to read Service Manuals
  • Ability to communicate regularly by phone and in person with team members, parts representatives, technical specialists, dispatch, lead service techs, and customers, required
  • Must exhibit a professional demeanor and promote goodwill between the Company and customers by providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to submit electronic work orders efficiently and accurately using company- provided tablet, required
  • Must own a set of basic mechanic’s tools. Specialty tools will be provided.
  • Valid driver’s license with good driving record, required.
  • Must be able to lift heavy mechanical components (50 lbs.) on a regular basis
