QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Construction Background: Proven experience in construction, particularly with exterior renovations.
  • Certifications: Clean Driver’s Abstract and Working at Heights Certificate (willing to train if necessary).
  • Comfortable at Heights: Ability to work safely and efficiently at heights.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers.
  • Sales Ability: Capable of selling services and upselling additional work to customers.
  • Self-Sufficient: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Travel: Ability to travel as necessary to perform required duties.
Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and Repair: Identify and fix issues related to exterior components, including roofing, siding, eavestroughs, windows, and doors.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their concerns, explain required repairs, and offer solutions. Ability to sell additional services or upsell into a full job.
  • Lead and Consult: Take the lead in assessing issues, providing expert consultation, and offering pricing for the necessary work.
  • Independent Work: Work independently to pick up and transport materials, and ensure completion of tasks without constant supervision.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct follow-up inspections on recently completed jobs to ensure quality, address any issues and communicate any findings.
  • Small Projects: Take on and efficiently manage small jobs, providing high-quality service and attention to detail.
  • Payment Processing: Handle payment transactions, including cash, debit, and credit card payments.
