ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Full, clean UK Driving License with ability to tow trailers
  • Mechanical / Diesel Equipment experience
  • Electrical Background
  • Strong team player with ability to work independently.

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Forklift Ticket
  • HGV Class 1 or 2
  • Offshore Tickets
  • Welding experience
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

Due to increase in investment and company expansion, we are looking for a Service Technician to join our fast-paced team.
The successful candidate will plat a key role in the servicing, maintenance, repair and testing of our extensive hire fleet. Working from our depot in Kintore, you’ll ensure our equipment remains at the high standard our customers expect. You will also be involved in any on-site service and maintenance as and when required. This will all be dependent on job locations, throughout Aberdeen and Shire as well as further afield.
This is a permanent, full-time role, working Monday to Friday, 08:00am - 17:00, with a 30- minute lunch break. You will also be included in our on-call Rota, providing technical support and customer service out of hours. Progression opportunities available.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintaining and repairing the hire fleet and customer own generators
  • Perform all types of service and repairs
  • Preparing equipment for hire, including load testing
  • Supporting both technical and office teams as required
  • Ensure work areas are kept tidy, clean and organized
  • Delivery and Collections of equipment as and when required
  • Taking part in the on-call Rota, providing support 24/7, 365 days a year.
