ROLE SUMMARY

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Tech (Helpdesk Support) to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to start a career in IT. You’ll provide first-line technical support, assist clients with common IT issues, and learn the ropes of professional IT service delivery.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Handle Tier 1 support tickets (password resets, M365 support, basic troubleshooting).
  • Deliver remote support through RMM and helpdesk tools.
  • Follow established processes, SOPs, and escalation procedures.
  • Set up workstations, install peripherals, and perform basic networking tasks.
  • Keep accurate ticket notes and documentation in the PSA system.
  • Escalate advanced issues to Service Engineers when needed.
  • Provide occasional onsite support for client issues.

This role is designed to help you grow into a more advanced technical position.
