Service Technician - Maintenance We are looking for individuals with a keen skill in math, biology, and chemistry with a high mechanical aptitude. Key knowledge and skills vital to our operations personnel include knowledge of treatment processes for sewer treatment systems, knowledge of sewer regulations, safety practices, ability to conduct field inspections, ability to apply Asset Management concepts including preventive maintenance programs, asset inventory, condition assessments, criticality analysis, failure analysis, and budgeting. The right individual is a critical thinker with the ability to diagnose situations and apply their knowledge to ensure production of the highest quality product. Attention to detail and the ability to effectively communicate with the public, between departments and with state and federal officials is a key function. Successful candidates can push through challenges to achieve the desired outcomes in a timely manner. This position services local routes around the central office and the Bright, IN area. Qualifications Candidates should be self-motivated with a desire to be part of a team that works together to accomplish the mission. Members should have strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Qualifications: * A High School Diploma or GED and two or more years of experience in the maintenance field. Preferred IN Wastewater 1 License. Candidate must have a valid IN driver’s license. Preferred requirements: IN Commercial Driver's License. Requirements: US Citizen. valid driver’s license, E-Verification required, ability to pass a background check. High school diploma or equivalent. Envirolink, Inc. is a drug-free workplace.
