Requirements Job Responsibilities: Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner Provide excellent customer service to our Residents Repairing and/or installing all appliances and HVAC items as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling Must comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent. At least one year of experience in maintenance repair. Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-screening. Must have valid driver's license and I9 required documents Must be 18 years of age or older and have reliable transportation. EPA 608 Certified Type I, Type II or Universal (i.e. CFC certification) preferred or recommended.
