Job Responsibilities: Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner Provide excellent customer service to our Residents Repairing and/or installing all appliances and HVAC items as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling Must comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies Requirements To be a top candidate you will: Have At least 2 years’ in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills. Pass a criminal background check. Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must be 18 years of age or older.
