Responsibilities Repairs and performs preventative maintenance on a wide variety of mechanical, electrical equipment, and plumbing systems. Uses diagnostic tools to detect malfunctions and fix equipment, such as appliances, vehicles, or security systems. Installs new equipment and tests functionality to ensure it meets company standards. Performs regular service checks to prevent equipment failure. Tracks maintenance tasks by updating work orders, documenting materials used, and maintaining digital or written logs of repairs. Responds to urgent maintenance calls, such as water leaks, power outages, or safety hazards. Assists with snow removal. Qualifications Education: High School Degree or equivalent 2 year degree in skilled trades preferred Experience: 4 +years experience in maintenance License(s)/Certification(s): Valid driver’s license Current ASSE 6040 Medical Gas Systems certificate preferred *Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, internal equity, and other business needs.
