Description
TITLE- Service Technician What You Will Do Coordinate with Naval Material Organization (MO Karwar), Naval Ship Repair Yard (NSRY) Karwar, and Pune office. Maintain records and documentation of all site activities, including EHS reports, tool inventories, PPE logs, and consumable usage. Submit invoices to the customer and ensure all relevant documents are provided as per customer requirements. Track submitted invoices and follow up with the customer for timely payment. How You Will Do It Liaise with customers – MO & Naval Dockyard – and follow proper procedures for material delivery. Understand SOPs for Pune office and site operations and maintain documentation as required. Coordinate between Pune office and customer for invoice submission in compliance with customer requirements. What We Look For Diploma (Mechanical) Engineer or Commerce graduate with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience. Required Hands-on experience in material management related to mechanical industries. Experience in commercial transactions including invoicing, stores, and subcontractor billing. Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers and internal teams. Capability to write detailed reports. Preferred Working knowledge of stores and commercial transactions. Experience working on Naval and Marine ships.
