Description
What You Will Do Lead end-to-end execution of retrofits, AMC, and service activities for AC & Refrigeration, HVAC, and Fire Systems in Karwar Yard. Act as the Single Point of Contact for customer escalations. Prepare and share weekly progress reports with the Project Manager. Ensure all orders are executed in a commercially effective manner. Manage service teams and subcontractors; allocate resources and monitor progress for timely completion. Maintain timely and effective communication with customers regarding status, delays, and payments. Ensure Health and Safety compliance for all site teams. How You Will Do It Understand contractual obligations /scope and develop detailed execution plans. Collaborate with the Project Manager to identify gaps and implement solutions to meet customer requirements. Interpret customers’ needs and plan activities to exceed expectations. Identify training needs and facilitate skill development within the team. What We Look For Qualification: B.E./Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Experience: 10–12 years in service/project execution on Naval & Marine ships. Technical Knowledge: AC Plants, Air Handling Units, Heat Exchangers, Ventilation Fans, and other HVAC components. Skills Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
